6 Phase Approach

Phase 1

Discovery

Any solution that is created will need to actually solve the users problem therefore the solution will need to a correct one. In order for this to be done we conduct research and identify the real pain-points. Research will be conducted through Interviews, surveys and research online to capture a holistic approach to the problem.

Phase 2

Analysis

Once the initial discovery was done the analysis part will start to validate the problems, ideas and hypothesis of the problem. By full understanding the problem, we review and evaluate all data, insights, environment, people, processes to capture any last clarifications that might be needed. 

In this phase we will evaluate the feasibility of the idea and ensure that technically is also feasible to implement.

Phase 3

Design

This is were the magic starts, to formulate the solution for the problem. Through “Design Thinking” methodology, we ideate and hypothesis different design solutions to capture all possible scenarios. We go through iterations to conclude on a final solution.

Phase 4

Develop

By this point we have an excellent understanding of the problem and needs, we have validated the final solution and we are ready to develop the solution. Again we go through iterations for the final solution.
